TYPE A: One-roomed flat accommodating 2 people without kitchen facilities, per week.

TYPE B: One-roomed flat accommodating 3 people with kitchen facilities, per week.

TYPE C: Two-roomed flat with two bathrooms accommodating 5 people with kitchen facilities, per week.

TYPE D: Two-roomed flat with two bathrooms accommodating 6 people with kitchen facilities, per week.

The TYPE A one–roomed flats do not have kitchen facilities. There is a 40% supplement for an additional 3rd bed and a 60% supplement for additional 3rd and 4th beds. The TYPE C/D two roomed flats and the TYPE B one roomed flats come complete with kitchen facilities including: sink, two electric hot plates, microwave ovens, fridge and kitchen equipment. The TYPE C/D two-roomed flats dispose of two bathrooms with shower cubicle and hair drier, two satellite TV, two safes, two direct-dial telephones, two separated air-conditioning systems and two spacious balconies while the TYPE A/B one roomed flats dispose of one bathroom with shower cubicle and hair-drier, one satellite TV, one safe, one direct-dial telephone, one air-conditioned system and one spacious balcony. Lift and availability of common use of washing machine.

The flats have a total surface of: Type A 23.00 square metres, Type B 32 square metres, Type C 55,00 square metres, Type D 60,00 square metres.

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR THE RESIDENCE THEA, GIAMAICA AND IGEA

At Thea Residence the week stay begins on Saturday and ends the following  Saturday, while at residence Giamaica and Igea begins on Sunday and ends the following  Sunday. The apartment will be given to you from 3,30 to 6,30 p.m. of the day of arrival and must be given back within 10 a.m. of the day of leaving .

Rates also include a weekly change of towels and kitchen bed linen, as well as electricity, water, gas, the use of free partly covered car parking facilities, VAT and all taxes.

Final Cleaning € 50,00

Cot € 45,00 per week.

Cautionary deposit € 50,00 per person. For stays of four or more weeks, discount of 10%.

Guests are welcome to make use of the bar and Restaurant of Hotel Thea located 20 metres away. (Buffet-style breakfast € 8,00 Lunch or Dinner € 16,00/22,00).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Booking are only considered valid if they are accompanied by a down payment equal to 20% of the total sum due. The balance payment will be made upon the guest’s arrival, before the keys of the apartment are handed over.

Guests undertake to pay entire rental fee agreed even if they do not take possession of the apartment, if they take possession later or if they vacate earlier.

When guests take possession of an apartment a deposit payment must be made, which will be handed back to guests when the furnished apartment is returned in the same state it was when it was handed over. Any damage caused by guests to the building, the fixtures or fittings, will be held from the deposit, at current prices. If there are additional costs, guests will also be bound to pay these.

Apartments are available for guests from 15.30 onwards on the day of arrival and they must be vacated completely by 10.00 on the day of departure.

Guests undertake to clean apartments thoroughly and to behave in a civilized manner at all times. Guest and their families must observe good neighbourly rules, showing mutual respect and tolerance, and they undertake not to do anything that may cause harm or be of nuisance to other guests.

Guests also undertake not to host more people in the rented apartment than indicated at the time of booking. Should this occur, the management reserves the right to cancel the contract without reimbursing the costs and the rent paid. Animals cannot be kept in the rented building unless otherwise authorised by the management.

The management cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to cars kept in the car park or for any damage in the apartments caused by insufficient electricity or water supply or by the suspension of supply due to force major.
